Acquisition

The new frame grabber series microEnable 5 supports the next-generation interface, CoaXPress.

After the successful presentation of a programmable frame grabber for CameraLink HS in spring 2011, Silicon Software has now developed acquisition cards for CoaXPress. At this year’s VISION the Mannheim based company presented models with four BNC inputs, 5W5 connectors and dual fibre optic inputs.

Supports the fastest CoaXPress cameras

The new microEnable 5 uses Silicon Software’s DMA3600 technology for image transfer to the PC. These frame grabbers support the fastest CoaXPress cameras available on the market with 6.25 Gbit/s.

Supported by the proven technology of the image acquisition and image processing frame grabbers, Silicon Software is extending its A and V series for its microEnable 5 products. The launch of microEnable 5 cards is scheduled for 2012.
