Adlink is launching its new top model - the new embedded computer MXC-6000.
The latest flagship of Adlink’s Matrix series is the MXC-6000 - a powerful embedded computer, featuring an Intel Core i7 2.0 GHz processor and Intel QM57 chipset. Due to its fanless and cable-less design it guarantees the highest reliability in long term use, enabling its application as an imaging platform.
Thanks to its PCI and PCIe slots the MXC-6000 is extremely versatile and expandable. The embedded PC provides an optional hot-pluggable fan module to dissipate heat generated within the system when high power consumption PCI/PCIe cards are installed or in case the fanless operation ranging from 0 and 50 °C is not sufficient. The MXC-6000 also provides an internal USB 2.0 port, allowing deployment of license keys (dongles).
All ports are mounted on the front panel to guarantee an easy use. 16 isolated I/Os support industrial controls. Additionally, the MXC-6000 features a built-in 9 to 32 VDC wide-range DC power input, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one port for DVI-I (VGA + DVI-D), allowing the control of two independent displays, two RS232 ports and two software-selectable RS232/422/485 ports. The MXC-6000 series also provides one eSATA port.
Application examples include various areas such as intelligent transport systems, image & vision measurement, factory control, test instrumentation, safety surveillance and building automation.
